Dobrosite
The main tasks in Dobrosite redesign were the following: To keep really Kind atmosphere and to streamline the project. The edgy Flat-design looked perfect for this.
Dobrosite – is a site of the company that does Good by all its products. Pina offers services in developing web-apps, developing and promoting own products (multisite CMS, e-commerce and SaaS solutions).
The second task was: to make convenient, easy-to-understand and pretty Website Builder facilitating creation of a website on the base of Pina.
Landing Page
While creating the new Dobrosite I had a challenge to keep the atmosphere of the previous version. On one hand it gives less freedom of imagination as all the main modules and their positions are predetermined. On the other hand such frames help to target the idea.
Sinichkin
The site was provided with banners telling about the company and its technologies. The main character of the banners is the inventor Sinichkin.
He has a creative personality and always on the move creating new nifty features. He designed and built his small red plane. He loves and cares for his every product. This is the mascot that should represent the Kindest site – Dobrosite.
The range of Sinichkin banners depicts main spheres of the company activities and technologies to create new Kind works.
Stylesheet
When the draft design is completed and all elements found their styles and ways, the artistic part is finished and the work becomes scrupulous and monotonous.
How can one retain the sense of something fresh and pleasant? Every designer has his own recipe. Mine has three points:
Make something new every time. Work through the elements you missed the previous times. The final version may not include them but you will greatly enjoy yourself.
Content. If the content is interesting for you it will be really challenging to fill the site with it. While designing Dobrosite I was reading The Art of Deception by Kevin Mitnick. So it is reflected in the Stylesheet.
And good music by all means. Right music makes right mood.
